CONTROLLABLE CONTENT DISTRIBUTING SYSTEM

A system for controllingly distributing the access and diffusion of a content, which is acquired by a user from a content provider and is accessible via at least one multi-technical access provider, comprises a content control provider for receiving said content provider and for storing at least data items related to the user's rights on the acquired content in a centralised database. The inventive access provider comprises a local database used for receiving said provider of the content for controlling the data items related to the user's rights and a decision-making device for analysing the flows transmitted by the user and for deciding whether said transmitted flows conform to the user's rights recorded in the local database. Said invention can be used for controlling the access to multimedia contents and to diffusion thereof to a user navigating through several types of networks or to a user simultaneously connected to several types of networks.
