An excavation system for ground improvement is provided to excavate the ground deeply by installing an excavation bit and pressing a rod and to inject improvement materials through the rod. An excavation system for ground improvement comprises a leader(10) supported vertically by a crane(100), a swivel auger(20) and a driving auger(30) placed on the leader vertically, and a rod(40) and an excavation bit(50) installed on the driving auger to form a hollow, wherein the driving auger is fixed to the lower part of the leader by a connection member and the swivel auger is connected to an improvement material injection line(60) and ascending/descending wires(111,112) of the crane to be reciprocated on the leader, and connected/supported with the top of the rod having a hollow for circulating the improvement material injected through the improvement material injection line.
