A safety apparatus for a fireproof shutter is provided to allowing rapid approach of firefighters facing the fire flame source according to the conditions, to facilitate its manufacturing in a small size, and to allow recovery and reuse of it after operation. A safety apparatus for a fireproof shutter(100) including an emergency escape(130) comprises: a fixed wing part(140) combined with the emergency exit side; a blocking wing part(150) inserted into and combined with the fixed wing part, which forms a supporting groove; and an operative implement(160) which maintains in a being caught state in ordinary times, converts it into the complete hanging state in fire, and releases the hanging state by a tilt operation when a force exceeding a prescribed level is applied.
