The device has a flat part supporting an assembly having a containers inclination and positioning system. A part slightly inclined inwards to reinforce stability forms support for glass containers (6). The inclined part has, on its upper part, a recess and projection assembly that adapts to a part of the shape of the containers. The system is constituted of two cavities permitting to wedge the containers by creating a stop and a plate to position the containers and to define their inclination comprised between 19 degree and 38 degree. An independent claim is also included for a method for using a container filling device.
