发明名称 PREDICTING METHOD OF CAVITATION DAMAGE QUANTITY OF FLUID MACHINE AND ITS PREDICTING SYSTEM
摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and highly accurately predict a cavitation damage quantity in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: An occurrence position of cavitation damage in a model fluid machine of simulating an actual fluid machine being a prediction object is predicted. The predicted occurrence position of the cavitation damage is composed of a soft metal. Recess-shaped deformation derived from decay pressure of cavitation is caused on a surface of the soft metal by operating the model fluid machine under a predetermined operation condition. A deformation quantity of the recess-shaped deformation is quantitatively measured by a measuring means. A deformation speed being a time change in its deformation quantity is calculated based on the measured deformation quantity of the recess-shaped deformation. The cavitation damage quantity is predicted based on cavitation intensity, by calculating the cavitation intensity under the predetermined operation condition of the model fluid machine, by using a database of cavitation intensity influence exerting on the deformation speed collected by measuring in advance by a test piece on the soft metal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
