CUTTING DEVICE, POST-PROCESSING DEVICE, AND IMAGE FORMING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly eliminate and separate cutting waste generated from a place near a cutting edge when a booklet is subjected to cutting processing, to prevent scattering of the cutting waste, and to certainly store it in a cutting waste container.

SOLUTION: The cutting device evenly cutting the cut end of an end edge part of a paper bundle wherein a plurality of paper is laminated by a cutting edge, comprises a cutting waste removing means provided with a plurality of paddles provided near the cutting edge, connected to a driving source, and disposed in an axial direction of the paddle shaft; a driving means supporting the cutting waste removing means so as to move in a cutting length direction of the cutting waste; and a controlling means carrying out moving control making the cutting waste removing means come close/separate to/from a cutting position of the cutting device by the driving means according to the cutting length of the cutting waste.
