<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document shipping determination system achieving both improvement of work efficiency and accuracy of work, by determining whether to permit shipping after document enclosure, while confirming conformity of sealed matter and documents. <P>SOLUTION: The document shipping determination system 100 comprises an R/W 2 exchanging data between sealed matter 1 and an IC tag included in the seal matter, a shipping document information management server 5 managing document information to be shipped to a customer, a PC 3 controlling the R/W 2 in accordance with an instruction of the shipping document information management server 5, and an alarm 4. In the shipping document information management server 5, an identification code of a customer recorded in a first IC tag read by the R/W 2 from the sealed matter 1 is collated with an identification code of a customer recorded in a second IC tag, and whether to permit shipping of the sealed matter 1 is determined on the basis of a collation result, or shipping permission information in regard to the customer described on the sealed matter 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
