<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that information on a plurality of commodities cannot be simultaneously read and comparatively displayed from RF tags. <P>SOLUTION: The comparison system is provided withs: a placing space having a plurality of spots wherein objects having electronic tags added thereto are placed in object units; an antenna for reading electronic tags added to objects placed in spots; and a holding part which holds tag information read from the electronic tags and spot IDs identifying spots wherein object having the electronic tags added thereto are placed, in association with each other. Tag information and spot IDs are associated with each other to be able to recognize which spot the tag information is about a commodity placed in, and information about respective objects can be comparatively displayed.
