<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve repayment processing or transfer processing even for right information whose backup or restoration is possible. <P>SOLUTION: A right expiration processing part 34 of a content reproduction device 3 executes expiration processing, and registers ID for specifying invalidated right information to an invalidated right database 35. Also, a token generation part 36 issues a token for performing the repayment processing or transfer processing of the right information. When receiving the token from a content reproduction device 3, an invalidated state confirmation part 24 of a use right distribution device 2 confirms whether or not the received token is the token issued by the content reproduction device 3 by signature verification, and executes repayment processing.
