PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate electric power efficiently using daily action. SOLUTION: Tanks 1 and 2 for liquids that are deformed by weight are arranged near heel and around the root of a thumb inside a shoe. The tank 1 and the tank 2 are connected by a pipe 41. A turbine 3 is provided and rotated by liquid flow and the rotation is transmitted to a generator 6 to perform power generation. When a generated AC current is accumulated in an electricity-storing element 8, a maximum value of a current taken out from the generator 6 is set by a current setting portion 71 inside a charging circuit 7.
