PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice material recording broadcast system capable of efficiently recording a live voice. SOLUTION: The voice material recording broadcast system for recording a voice material which is a broadcast material in a storage device 103 to broadcast it is constructed in such a manner that during recording of a voice material in the storage device 103, the voice starting point of the voice material is detected by an operation terminal 104, and a broadcast start point is set from the voice starting point.
