PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist a user such as a reporter or a cameraman unused to document reading to easily read a document within a limited time during recording of a narration voice, for example, when news contents are generated at a news gathering place or the like. SOLUTION: Reading time when input text data is read at a predetermined reading speed is calculated, and reading data containing a text time code indicating the reading position of each sentence when the date is read at the predetermined time added to the input text data is generated.
