PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for enhancing the security of a coin roll dispensing apparatus. SOLUTION: The coin roll dispensing apparatus, which dispenses coin rolls, comprises a coin roll storage part for storing coin rolls in stock, an operation detection sensor for detecting an operator's operations on the coin roll storage part, an unauthorized operation detection part for determining whether or not the operator's operational procedure representing the order of operations detected by the operation detection sensor is an unauthorized operation deviating from a predetermined authorized procedure, and an unauthorized operation prevention part for executing predetermined unauthorized operation prevention processing if the unauthorized operation detection part detects any unauthorized operation.
