PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide next station information by display or voice, when a moving vehicle gets close to a stop, and an in-vehicle guide terminal device is within a weak radio service area to receive information on next station/station after next. SOLUTION: An in-vehicle guide terminal device 10 including a weak radio receiving part 11, an information processor 12 processing information on the next station/station after next, a display part 13 displaying the information as characters, a conversion part 14 converting the information to voice and a speaker 15 outputting the voice is set in the moving rolling stock, in which valid next station data is outputted to the display part 13 or the speaker 15 when it is received from the radio receiving part 11. A ground-side guide device 20 including a weak radio transmitting part 12, an information processor 22 processing the information on next station/station after next to be transmitted, a rewritable storage device 23 storing the information on next station/station after next to be transmitted is set in a stop 2 at which the moving rolling stock 1 stops, in which the information on next station/station after next stored in the storage device 23 is always transmitted through the weak radio transmitting part 21.
