PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the circulation of newspaper by attracting the interest or concern of a passerby in newspaper. SOLUTION: A newspaper vending machine 7 is provided with a reception means 22 for receiving newspaper article information which outlines the articles of newspaper to be sold; a storage means 23 for storing newspaper article information received by the receiving means 22; and display means 17a, 17b and 17c for displaying newspaper article information stored in the storage means 23 to the outside. The storage means 23 is provided with storage regions 23a, 23b and 23c exclusive for each newspaper for storing the newspaper article information for every newspaper to be sold, and the display means 17a, 17b and 17c respectively display the newspaper article information stored in the storage regions 23a, 23b and 23c exclusive for each newspaper.
