PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator of high convenience reducing a user's burden and facilitating installation. SOLUTION: The refrigerator having a temperature switching chamber 3 capable of switching the internal temperature to the low temperature side of cooling and storing a stored object by cooling with a cooler 11 and heating with a heater 16 and to the high temperature side with a higher temperature than an ordinary temperature, comprises a lead-in ventilating passage 15 leading cold air of the cooler 11 to an air inflow port 40a of the temperature switching chamber 3; a temperature switching chamber discharge damper 37 opening/closing the lead-in ventilating passage 15; a return ventilating passage 17 returning air flowing out of an air outflow port 40b of the temperature switching chamber 3, to the cooler 11; and a temperature switching chamber return damper 38 opening/closing the return ventilating passage 17. The lead-in ventilating passage 15 and the return ventilating passage 17 are adjacently arranged, and the temperature switching chamber discharge damper 37 and the temperature switching chamber return damper 38 are opened/closed with a common baffle 26.
