PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-resistant daylighting heat insulating material lightweight with excellent heat insulating property, high transparency and excellent flame resistance. SOLUTION: The flame-resistant daylighting heat insulating material with visible light transmissivity of 15% or more has a structure wherein at least four layers in total which are two outer layers formed of resin films with a thickness of 20-200μm and inner layers formed of nonwoven fabric or woven fabric comprising glass fiber with the weight per unit area of 10-50 g/m<SP>2</SP>or resin films with a thickness of 20-60μm, face each other with an air layer held in between. At least one of the inner layers is formed of nonwoven fabric or woven fabric comprising glass fiber. The air layer has a thickness of 100μm to 3 mm, at least its peripheral part is sealed, and the total resin content weight is 300 g/m<SP>2</SP>or less. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
