The improvement of surface near ground water quality in mining influenced regions using a device, comprises inserting horizontal openings/pipelines in a distance of 1-50 m, in a depth of 10 m and in a total length of up to 2000 m, into the respective ground areas and injecting ingredient suspensions made out of alkaline ingredient matter from a load-, transport- and dosage unit with a concentration of 0.1 to 30 Ma.% via the openings/pipelines into the respective ground area, during the pulling out of the bore- or the entry device. The improvement of surface near ground water quality in mining influenced regions using a device, comprises inserting horizontal openings/pipelines in a distance of 1-50 m, in a depth of 10 m and in a total length of up to 2000 m, into the respective ground areas and injecting ingredient suspensions made out of alkaline ingredient matter from a load-, transport- and dosage unit with a concentration of 0.1 to 30 Ma.% via the openings/pipelines into the respective ground area, during the pulling out of the bore- or the entry device. The ingredient suspensions are injected up to 25 times a year with a pressure of 1 to 250 bar. The pipelines are carried out with an inner diameter of 10 to 250 mm with openings in the pipeline wall of 0.1 to 10 mm. The pipelines that are inserted into the ground area, after the bringing in of the ingredient suspensions in the ground area with fluids like water with or without solutes like CO2 and/or gases like air or CO2 after the injection of the ingredient is cleaned once. The openings and/or the pipelines for the entry of the alkaline ingredient suspension are inserted in by means of a horizontal borehole, a trench cutting or a plough. The pipelines are arranged for the entry of the alkaline ingredient suspensions for the intake on rolls. The load-, transport- and dosage unit for the ingredient suspension as also the bore and an entry device or the inserted pipeline are bound to each other by movably flexible attachments and are movably conducted. The water that comes out of the pipelines provided in the bottom area, is pumped down and specially conveyed or processed.
