An apparatus for manufacturing a continuous adhering type cabin cartridge filter is provided to improve productivity ultimately by improving the operation speed and the product quality and utilize an installation place of production facilities efficiently by enabling one mechanical equipment to perform an adhering operation on the entire side face of an element. In an apparatus for manufacturing a cabin cartridge filter, comprising a tape charging equipment, a tape applying and cutting equipment, and a binding equipment, an apparatus for manufacturing a continuous adhering type cabin cartridge filter is characterized in that the binding equipment includes: an element mounting part which is rotated by a drive motor(M), and to which a jig(10) having an element mounted thereon is connected; a tape adhering part on which a tape that has been transferred from the tape applying and cutting equipment is laid down, and which is reciprocated up and down underneath the jig; and a control part for controlling operations of the element mounting part and the tape adhering part. The element mounting part includes the drive motor(M), the mounting jig(10), and a fixing jig(22). The tape adhering part includes a pressing member(17) and a pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder.
