FIELD: distillery industry; other industries; vertical shell-and-tube devices for the steam condensation and concentration of the ethyl alcohol impurities. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the apparatuses for production of the alimentary rectified alcohol. The vertical shell-and-tube apparatus for condensation and concentration of the ethyl alcohol impurities contains the cylindrical body with the lower and upper sections connected among themselves by the tubes for passing of the cooling liquid from the lower section into the upper section. At that in the inter-tubular space of the body there are the formed middle section filled with the heat-conducting headpiece and intended for condensation of the steam and concentration of the alcohol impurities, the upper section having the fitting pipes for withdrawal of the impurities with the steam and for inlet of the hydroselected water, and the lower section separated from the middle section by the mesh partition and equipped with the fitting pipes for inlet of the steam and withdrawal of the wet reflux. Between the upper and middle sections of the inter-tubular space there is the mounted distribution device intended for provision of the uniform feeding of the hydroselected water into the middle section. Usage of the apparatus allows to reduce the residual content of the impurities in the reflux, that improves the quality of the rectification ethyl alcohol. Besides, feeding of the hydroselected water into the apparatus reduces the concentration of the ethyl alcohol in the liquid and the steam, that stipulates the reduction of consumption of the cooling liquid and expenditures for production of the heightened quality rectification ethyl alcohol. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures the reduced residual content of the impurities in the reflux, the reduced ethyl alcohol concentration in the liquid and the steam, the reduced consumption of the cooling liquid and the total expenditures for production of the heightened quality rectification ethyl alcohol. ^ 1 dwg, 1 tbl, 2 ex |
