PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary type cutting device which easily and accurately cuts even an easily displaceable plate-like material. SOLUTION: The cutting machine 35 is equipped with: a first cylinder 47 and a second cylinder 49 which are disposed with a traveling web 19 in between and rotating driven in the opposite direction to each other; at least a first cutting blade 51 and a second cutting blade 53 of straight blades, which are provided on the first cylinder 47 and the second cylinder 49 so as to be extended in the axial line direction. The cutting machine 35 cuts the web 19 with the first cutting blade 51 and the second cutting blade 53 by rotating the first cylinder 47 and the second cylinder 49, and is equipped with a first downstream pressing member 79 and a second downstream pressing member 81 for holding the web 19 in cutting with the first cutting blade 51 and the second cutting blade 53 in the vicinity of the cutting blade 51 and the second cutting blade 53.
