<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystallized glass which dissolves the cause of generating a crack and breaking in a large size molding of SiO<SB>2</SB>/Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>and Li<SB>2</SB>O/Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>/SiO<SB>2</SB>crystallized glass, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This desired crystallized glass can be obtained by containing each components, SiO<SB>2</SB>and Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, making the peak temperature width of crystalline precipitation obtained by differential thermal analysis of an amorphous glass to be a precursor not less than 22°C, and preferably making the total of a TiO<SB>2</SB>component and a ZrO<SB>2</SB>component in the range of 3.0-less than 4.3%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
