<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transfer receptive sheet featuring best suitability for a dye heat transfer printer, excellent adhesion between a back layer and a sheet-like support, being blocking phenomenon-free even when the back layer and a receptive layer are superposed over each other and left alone, without blocking non-vicious curling, eliminated in density irregularities/void, etc., and high sensitivity/image quality. <P>SOLUTION: This heat transfer receptive sheet has a sheet-like support composed mainly of at least cellulose pulp, an image receptive layer composed mainly of a resin with color dyeing affinity formed on one surface of the sheet-like support and a back coating layer formed on the other surface of the sheet-like support.
