摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet printhead having very high nozzle packaging density and its formation method. <P>SOLUTION: In a print head 340 in which each liquid droplet formation device 341a-c formed along the inside edge 343a of an ink supply slot 343 includes two or more nozzles and vaporization chambers and the nozzle packaging density is about at least 100 nozzles/square millimeter, at least one ink supply channel of two or more ink supply channels is fluidically combined with each liquid droplet formation device and is fluidically combined with the ink supply slot 343, the ink supply slot includes the inside edge 343a located in the liquid droplet formation device line side, the liquid droplet formation device 341 line has the distance which is different from the inside edge 343a, in order to offset this different distance, the ink supply channel has different opening configuration, the ink supplement speed of all vaporization chambers of each liquid droplet formation device is made uniform, and the cross-sectional area of each ink supply channel 346a-c and the distance called the ink course length are made fixed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
