<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reliably thread a wire along a master wire, such as a messenger wire, even when there is an obstacle, such as an anchor tool, on the circumferential surface of the master wire. <P>SOLUTION: A wire threading tool designed to run along a master wire is rotatably provided with rollers 3, 3 that can run on the master wire. The rollers are provided at the front and rear of frames 2, 2 provided in parallel at equal intervals. A carriage 1 having a permanent magnet 4 is provided on the frames 2, 2 between the rollers 3, 3. The carriage 1 is attached to the master wire by the magnetic force from the permanent magnet 4 and is suspended from the master wire. Further, the carriage can run along the master wire by the two rollers 3, 3. At least two carriages 1 are rotatably coupled together by a pin 6 at their abutting ends.
