PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a stream signal processing method in coordination with external data on a real-time basis. SOLUTION: By providing a stream predict cache 110 being a hierarchical cache for relation data 114 which can be predicted to be collated with a stream signal 111, the access frequency to a database 101 is reduced, and performance can be improved. Data to be stored in the stream predict cache 110 is determined from characteristics of the stream signal input by a user, and monitor information acquired by monitoring the stream signal.
