PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating ridge structure for sufficiently ventilating a house with simple structure. SOLUTION: The ventilating ridge structure comprises a ventilating slit 12 provided at a ridge part of a sheathing roof board 11 partitioning the indoors from the outdoors; a rafter 30 arranged above the ventilating slit 12 and formed with vertical through holes 32; waterproof rafter clearance closing strips 60 provided from the side face side of the rafter 30 to the upper faces of pantiles 14; a ridge tile 70 covering the rafter 30 and the rafter clearance closing strips 60 and supported in a state of having a predetermined clearance between itself and the rafter 30; and a throating member 40 arranged straddling the ventilating slit 12 to drain water dripping from above the ventilating slit 12, to the upper side of the sheathing roof board 11 and provided with a ventilating part 42 attaining the flow of air between the ventilating slit 12 side and the lower face side of the rafter 30.
