PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strike of a lock for double swinging doors, which can adjust a clearance amount between free-end edges of the master door and the slave door, respectively, and can maintain the adjusted clearance amount over a long period of time. SOLUTION: The strike has a strike box 14 mounted in the free-end edge of the master door; a strike plate 15 mounted on the strike box so as to cover an opening of the same; an adjusting frame 19 stored in a space between the strike box 14 and the strike plate 15; and an adjusting block 24 held in the adjusting frame 19. According to the structure of the strike, an external surface of a box portion formed at each of upper and lower portions of the adjusting frame is guided as an abutting surface 22 into an accommodating hole opened in the strike plate 15, in a manner movable forward/backward, and each engaging pin 23 set between side plates of the adjusting frame 19 is engaged with a cam hole 25 formed in the adjusting block, followed by loosening an adjusting screw 32 for vertically moving the adjusting block 24, to thereby move the adjusting frame forward/backward.
