PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silent flush toilet which can reduce toilet flushing noise. SOLUTION: The flush toilet which is provided with a draining mechanism 2 for draining water in a tank 1 into a toilet bowl, and feed water mechanisms 5, 6 for feeding water into the tank 1 comprises silencing mechanisms 8, 10 for starting feeding water by the feed water mechanisms 5, 6 after the completion of draining by the draining mechanism 2.
