PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of assisting trousers for raising the upper body, enabling a wearer to raise the upper body by him/herself regardless of a bed, bedding and a place, since conventional upper body raising tool is used only on a bed. SOLUTION: This pair of assisting trousers 1 for raising the upper body is so designed that foot hanging strings 5 are attached to bridge the bottom openings 3 of trousers 2, and both the edges of pulling strings 6 of a prescribed length are thereabove attached to the front upper part of the trousers 2.
