<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device of a screw stopper capable of locking by an easy operation in a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The screw stopper 15 is screwed into an opening 12 of a tank body to have the opening 12 closed. An engaging protrusion 17 is provided on the screw stopper 15, and a locking hole 18 is provided through the protrusion 17. The top of the screw stopper 15 is provided with a first detent clasp 19 which keeps rotation restricted with respect to the opening 12 of the tank body and a second detent clasp 20 overlapped on the clasp 19 and its rotation restricted with respect to the clasp 19. A first engaging hole 19b of the first clasp 19 is formed to be a circular hole so that the protrusion 17 can rotate, and a second engaging hole 21 of the second clasp 20 is formed to be a cross so that it can engage with the protrusion 17 in the orthogonal direction.
