PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device capable of suppressing stress concentration on a fixation for a circuit board and a connector. SOLUTION: The electronic device 100 has a housing (a case 10 and a cover 20), the circuit board 30 disposed in the housing (the case 10 and the cover 20), and a surface-mounted connector 300 including terminals 42a for electrically connecting the circuit board 30 and a female connector 200. The connector 300 is soldered to the circuit board 30, and also fixed to the housing (the case 10 and the cover 20) by a housing fixture (core-side housing fixation part 43 and hood-side housing fixture 63) and having side connector fixture 24. In addition to the connector 300, the circuit board 30 is fixed to the housing (the case 10 and the cover 20) by disposing rubbers 80a and 80b between a soldering part for a terminal 42b as a fixture to the connector 300 of the circuit board 30 and a land, and circuit board fixtures 11 and 21 provided to the housing (the case 10 and the cover 20).
