METHOD FOR DEMOLDING RESIN MOLDING AND INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for demolding a resin molding which can smoothly separate the resin molding from a mold in injection molding and an injection molding machine. SOLUTION: The injection molding machine is used in an injection molding method including a demolding process in which the resin molding 1 is ejected from the movable template 15 of a movable mold 12 while the resin molding 1 is cooled by being sprayed with air and equipped with an air spray nozzle 21 spraying air on the resin molding 1 and an ejector pin ejecting the resin molding 1 from the movable mold 12. The resin molding 1 on the movable template 15 is sprayed with air from the air spray nozzle 21 to cool (quench) the resin molding 1. Each resin molding 1 or 1 is contracted quickly to be pushed out from the movable template 15. In this way, the resin molding 1 is separated smoothly from the movable template 15.
