PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process scheduling device for suppressing the disturbance of periodicity caused by interference with an asynchronous process. SOLUTION: This process scheduling device for performing scheduling in the case of executing a plurality of processes by using a plurality of CPUs is provided with a process initial arrangement part; a schedule management part for each CPU, a process operation measuring part for each CPU, a periodic process detection part for each CPU; and a process arrangement changing part. The process initial arrangement part performs the initial arrangement of the plurality of processes in a plurality of CPUs, and the schedule management part repeatedly executes the processes whose initial arrangement has been performed in the CPU in charge, and determines whether or not the process is a periodic process from the clock data of the process of the process operation measurement part, and performs the arrangement change of the process determined to be the periodic process in the CPU exclusive for the periodic process.
