PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing costs for a stand and a supporting base by eliminating the need for detaching a part of the stand and the supporting base for storage in a. SOLUTION: As for a thin type display apparatus, a display part 1 is supported by the supporting stand 2 made to abut on a table plane through the stand 3 connected at the back face of the display part 1. The stand 3 is formed is box shape where a part of circuit boards necessary for the display part 1 is built in and is coupled with the display part 1 so as to be turnable upward and downward in an angular range of 180 degrees to the display part 1.
