PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic sensitivity measuring device capable of measuring the acoustic sensitivity to each excitation input in three directions with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This device includes a sound source 4 for generating a sound from a diaphragm 3 arranged on a seat 2 in a cab 1; a sound source side acceleration detection means 5 for detecting a vibration acceleration of the diaphragm 3; a cab mount side acceleration detection means 7 mounted on a cab mount point 6, for detecting each accelerations in three mutually different directions received from the sound; and an acoustic sensitivity calculation means 34 for calculating the acoustic sensitivity in the three directions at the cab mount point 6 based on each detected acceleration on the sound source side and on the cab mount side.
