PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve coefficient of performance of a single effect absorption-type cold generating/outputting device, and to simplify the device. SOLUTION: This single effect absorption-type cold generating/outputting device applies a volatile secondary refrigerant cold method, and is composed of a regenerator 1, a condenser 3, an absorber 4, an evaporator 5, and a falling liquid film-type regenerator 100, a falling liquid film-type regeneration condenser 200 or a pool heating-type regenerator as the regenerator 1.
