PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling micro circuit easily manufacturable and having cooling devices for enhancing the efficiency of heat absorption. SOLUTION: A turbine engine component 10 such as a turbine blade comprises an air foil part 12, a platform 14, and a root part 16. The air foil part 12 comprises an end 18. The cooling micro circuit 20 is incorporated in the air foil part 12. The turbine engine component 10 comprises a cooling circuit having leg parts 26, 28, 36 through which a cooling fluid flows and the cooling devices 80 in the leg parts 26, 28, 36. Each of the cooling devices 80 has a heat transfer multiplier in the range of 1.8 to 2.4 and a reattachment length in the range of 1.9 to 2.5. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
