PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary pressurizing feed water pump device installable indoor and a water supply or hot water supply facility having this auxiliary pressurizing feed water pump device. SOLUTION: This auxiliary pressurizing feed water pump device has a pressurizing pump 32 connected to the middle of a branch pipe 25 branched off from a hot water supply pipe 19 and pressurizing high temperature hot water 102 passing through the branch pipe 25, a canned motor for driving the pressurizing pump, and a control board for controlling operation of the pressurizing pump. A frame of the canned motor and a casing of the pressurizing pump are brought into close contact with each other, and are formed as a sealed structure without leaking a pump handling liquid to an external part.
