PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent operation delay of a valve element caused by bubbles by preventing entering of the bubbles mixed in a fuel. SOLUTION: This fuel cutoff valve 10 of a type allowing a fill-up level to be defined by an opening 39b located at the lower end of a bottom member 37 is structured such that the opening 39b is formed to be tilted by a predetermined angle with respect to a horizontal direction; and a filter 100 preventing the entry of bubbles mixed in a fuel is mounted to the opening 39b.
