PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine capable of turning a work member so as to bring the work member close to an arm part and suppressing increase of manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: This construction machine is provided with a vehicle main body, a boom part 3, the arm part 5, a magnet part 34, a first cylinder 8, a claw part 51, and a pair of second cylinders 10, 11. The boom part 3 is turnably attached to the vehicle main body. The arm part 5 is turnably attached to a tip part of the boom part 3. The magnet part 34 is turnably attached to a tip part of the arm part 5. The first cylinder 8 is provided above or below the arm part 5 to turn the magnet part 34 by extending and contracting. The claw part 51 is turnably attached to the tip part of the arm part 5.
