PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that cross talk through a partition wall becomes noticeable when an individual passage and a nozzle communication path are formed in a sectionally rectangular shape to attain densification, and that lengthening cannot be met at a low cost if the individual passage etc. are formed with the use of a silicon substrate. SOLUTION: The liquid ejection head is equipped with a plurality of nozzles 4 which eject liquid droplets of a liquid, a plurality of the individual passages 6 with which the nozzles 4 communicate, the nozzle communication path 5 which makes each individual passage 6 and each nozzle 4 communicate with each other, and a piezoelectric element 12A which generates an energy given to the liquid of the individual passage 6. The individual passages 6 and the nozzle communication path 5 which have wall faces 6a and 5a with a curvature by half etching of one sheet of a metal member are formed in a passage plate 1.
