PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a group communication server capable of easily achieving inter-sub-group communication by relieving man-hours of a user in the case of forming or the like of sub groups in the case of group communication. SOLUTION: The group communication server 10 provides a function of mutual communication among a plurality of terminals 20 belonging to the same group, that is, a function of the group communication to the terminals 20. The group communication server 10 includes: a group information database 13 for storing sub group information for particularizing the terminals 20 belonging to a sub group comprising the plurality of terminals 20 among the terminals 20 belonging to a group and timing information denoting a timing for establishing connection for mutual communication between the terminals 20 belonging to the sub group; and a group management section 12 and a connection control section 14 being control means controlling establishment of the connection between the terminals 20 in the timing associated with the stored information and belonging to the sub group associated with the information.
