PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device that make production and distribution of messages directed at a multitude of recipients in a communications network possible despite the existence of defensive measures against unsolicited bulk messages. SOLUTION: A message to be transmitted is characterized by at least one semantic feature that defines the content of the meaning of the message, and a number of formal features that define the form of the message, and a multitude of specific features of this message are produced for the message to be transmitted, wherein each specific feature of the message differs to a certain degree from other specific features of the message with respect to the formal features, and wherein the respective specific features of the message are sent to at least one recipient.
