FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device is designed for lubricating parts of machines and mechanisms and it can be used in "oil-air" lubricating systems for quick connection and disconnection of lubricating points. Quick-release coupling of lubricating tip has housing with stepped axial channel and unidirectional stepped outer surface and axially movable spring-loaded bushings with unidirectional stepped inner surface mating with corresponding outer surface of housing, limiting screw installed in radial threaded hole of bushing whose end gets into slot of housing, and housing locking mechanism including ring groove and balls fitted in radial holes and held in holes by ring bead. Two ring grooves are made on outer surface of smaller diameter of housing step, in one of which, closer to end face, sealing ring is fitted to provide tightness of connection, and other groove provides free movement of balls fitted in radial holes made in smaller diameter step of bushing, spring being fitted in the same step. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability. ^ 1 dwg |
