RECOMBINANT ALPHAVIRUS VECTOR

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preserving purified recombinant virus vectors (especially alphavirus vector) of freeze-dried form at high temperatures, and to provide its dosage form suitable for injecting to patients.

SOLUTION: The expression cassette is a DNA alphavirus structural protein expression cassette containing inducible promoters and alphavirus structural protein genes, wherein the promoter orientates expression of the alphavirus structural protein genes in inducing the promoter in the cells, and the expression cassette does not express structural proteins of an amount sufficient for developing cytotoxicity to BHK cells including the expression cassette before inducing in the cells.
