<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity sales system capable of selling a commodity without missing the opportunity to sell the commodity. <P>SOLUTION: The commodity sales system comprises a store front terminal for performing radio communications using positional information, an EC (Electronic Commerce) server for communicating with a portable terminal, a database for holding information, and the portable terminal for communicating with the store front terminal and the EC server. The store front terminal comprises a commodity introduction reporting means for reporting a commodity for sale and a positional information reporting means for transmitting the positional information. The portable terminal comprises a positional information requesting means for requesting the positional information, a commodity information requesting means for requesting the commodity information of the commodity for sale, a purchase desired commodity transmitting means for transmitting information of a purchase desired commodity or the like, and a purchase completing means for transmitting completion information of purchase completion. The EC server comprises a commodity information transmitting means for transmitting the commodity information or the like, a reception information transmitting means for transmitting receiving store information and purchase information, and a database managing means for holding various information.
