<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new bleaching agent and a thyrosinase inhibitor expressing an excellent efficacy. <P>SOLUTION: The gold colloid is conventionally used as a coloring agent of red purple color. The inventor found out that the gold colloid strongly inhibits activity of thyrosinase which is a key enzyme in melanin synthesis causing pigmentation, causes a strong bleaching effect, and provided the bleaching agent containing the gold colloid and the thyrosinase inhibitor. The bleaching agent expressing an excellent efficacy is obtained by formulating the gold colloid to an external preparation for skin, a food, a quasi drug or a drug. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
