<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating structure applicable even for a metal member having a large surface roughness, having a sufficient water-shedding property, and capable of maintaining the sufficient water-shedding property which is not reduced by heating. <P>SOLUTION: A coating structure 1 includes a fluorine-based film 12 comprising fluorine on the surface of a metal member 10. A surface smoothing layer 11 for smoothing the surface of the metal member 10 is formed on the metal member 10, and the fluorine-based film 12 is formed on the surface smoothing layer 11.
