PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrating circuit having no integration leakage to improve bit accuracy in a sigma/delta conversion circuit or a delta conversion circuit based on a single flux quantum circuit using a fluxoid quantum as an information carrier and to provide a method for reducing thermal noises and quantization noises. SOLUTION: An integrating circuit constituted of a Josephson junction and an inductor reduces integration leakage and reduces influence to be exerted on the bit accuracy of mutually uncorrelational thermal noises by arranging a plurality of modulators and adding outputs. Further, the correlation of quantization noises between outputs from respective modulators is eliminated and the bit accuracy is improved by changing the density or phase of SFQ pulses to be supplied to the Josephson junction of the integrating circuit.
